Required products :
350 grams of hazelnuts
200 grams of dried apricots
100 grams of cocoa powder
1/2 tea cup of syrup of your choice
1 well-ripened avocado
Method of preparation :
Grind the hazelnuts until you get flour (use a powerful blender). Add the dried apricots, half of the syrup and beat again for about 5 minutes. The cake batter is ready.
Divide it between two sheets of parchment and roll out a layer about 2 inches thick. Divide it into two equal parts and start making the cream.
Cut the avocado into pieces and grind it with a blender along with the cocoa and the rest of the syrup.
Spread part of the combination on one layer of dough, cover with the second and apply the remaining cream.
Decorate the cake with hazelnuts and you can put it in the fridge for a while.
