How To Cook Chopped Chicken Meatballs With Yellow Cheese And Old Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • onion head
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • spices, including greens, of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken fillet and yellow cheese into medium-sized cubes. Finely chop the onion and green spices.

Mix the prepared products and add the egg and starch to them. Stir thoroughly.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and fry in the fat under a lid (over medium heat).

To get a beautiful appetizing crust, at the end of cooking, remove the lid and fry the meatballs for a few minutes on all sides.
