Required products :

  • 200-300 grams of salmon (fillet)
  • 1 egg
  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 2 tablespoons cream (sour)
  • 1-2 tablespoons flour
  • spices (black pepper, salt)
  • oil (for frying meatballs)

Method of preparation :

Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, season and beat the egg with them.

Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and add them together with the green onions to the other products.

Stir and add the sour cream.

Stir again and it is the turn of the flour (sift it before), and you may need to use more or less than the specified amount (judge at the moment, the consistency should be like cream).

Leave the mixture for 15 minutes in a cool place (no longer, because the mushrooms will darken, and this will change the color of the finished meatballs).

From the "minced meat" prepared in this way, scoop with a spoon and shape the meatballs directly in a pan with hot oil. Fry them on medium heat on both sides until a yellow crust forms.

You can serve the dish both hot and cold.

Enjoy your meal!
