Believe us, these are the sweets you need to make for Christmas! It won't take you almost any time, and in the end you will have great cookies with a very attractive look. The little ones are guaranteed to be especially impressed. Let's start!

Required products :

  • 150 grams of soft butter
  • 100 grams of muscovado sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet of colorful lollipops

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl using a mixer. When you get a creamy texture, add the egg and mix again until it is absorbed by the mixture.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder, salt and spice mix (use this spice ). Add the vanilla and mix the dry ingredients with the oil mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until you get a dough.

Sprinkle a little flour on the kitchen counter and pour the dough, then mix it to form a ball. Roll it 4-5 mm thick and use different Christmas molds to make your cookies more attractive. Using a smaller cutter or knife, cut out the middle of each cookie. Transfer them to the baking tray (you will need more than one tray, and it is best to bake in sequence).

Place one candy in the center of each biscuit. Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned.

If you want, after removing the sweets while they are still warm, make a hole in their upper part, through which, after they have cooled completely, you can pass a thread.

Note: If your candies are too big, break them and use a few pieces. It is recommended to use such candies:
