How To Cook Christmas Chicken Wreath With Boiled Eggs And Puff Pastry - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Christmas chicken wreath with boiled eggs and puff pastry". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • 700 grams of chicken fillet
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 heads of old onions
  • clove garlic
  • connection dill
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature. Peel the vegetables, boil two of the eggs hard, and leave the third raw (the egg white will be needed for the minced meat, and the yolk will be smeared on the gums).

Cut the vegetables a little finely and fry them until soft in oil, adding a pinch of salt.

Grind the chicken, add salt and mix with the fried vegetables, chopped garlic and dill, black pepper, other spices you prefer and egg white.

If the minced meat is dry, add a whole raw egg. Mix well.

Cover a tray with a sheet of parchment, place a glass in the middle and spread the mixture on it with a tablespoon. With wet hands, shape the gum beautifully and arrange the boiled eggs, cut in halves, on its surface (place them with the cut down). Press them lightly into the minced meat.

Cut the puff pastry into strips, from which make "Christmas trees" or "pine twigs" between the eggs. Also outline the gums with the dough, you can create flowers or other decoration.

Brush the surface with egg yolk and bake the gum in the oven for 40 minutes at 180-190 degrees.

Have a good time!
