Required products :

600 grams of cheese

100 grams of fresh whole milk

100 grams of strained yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh oregano (chopped) or 1 tablespoon dry

200 grams of sesame seeds

Method of preparation :

Take a small saucepan and mix the two milks in it, heat them to 80 degrees. If you can't measure the temperature, remove the pan from the heat just before the combination boils. Then beat the milk mixture together with the cheese with a mixer until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained. Add the oregano and mix well. Put the cream in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, let it cool and firm up nicely. During this time, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, pour the sesame seeds in a pan and bake for about 10 minutes. Then pour into a plate and wait for it to cool.

Form balls of cold cream, roll them in sesame seeds and serve.
