500 grams of cottage cheese
3 tablespoons grated cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tbsp olive oil

Method of preparation:
Mix the cottage cheese with parsley and 2 tablespoons of cheese. Finely grate the lemon peel and leave some of it for decoration, add the rest to the mixture, add salt and stir. Sprinkle the bottom of a pan or cutting board with flour. Form balls with a wet spoon (soup or dessert) and arrange them in the bowl or on the board. Sprinkle on top with flour and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Bring water to a boil, pour olive oil into it, add salt and put the balls of cottage cheese inside for 3-5 minutes. Arranged in this way, arrange them on a plate, sprinkle with the remaining lemon zest and cheese. Before serving, put a little butter on each bite and garnish with parsley.
