How To Cook Chunks Of Melted Cheese With Green Olives And Paprika - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of melted cheese
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 70 grams of green olives
  • 15 grams ground red pepper (sweet)
  • bay or other leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the melted cheese and add the crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly.

With a teaspoon, scoop some of the combination, add an olive and form a ball, leaving the olive in the middle of the cheese mass. Do the same with the rest of the products until they run out.

Roll each bite in ground red pepper and garnish with bay or other petals. Shaped in this way, the bites look like tangerines with a taste of cheese and olives.
