In our hectic daily lives we strive to prepare delicious meals for our family. We offer you these delicious cigars, which are suitable for breakfast at home, as well as for the student's box or a walk in nature.

Required products :

  • 1 small onion
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons spice tacos
  • 500 grams of pizza dough
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salsa or guacamole for serving - optional

For this spice:

  • 1 tablespoon hot red pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet red pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

 

Fry in olive oil finely chopped onions and garlic. Add the minced meat and spices and fry until the meat is fully cooked. Set aside.

 

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut strips 7-8 cm wide. Distribute the minced meat along the entire length of the strips, sprinkle with yellow cheese.

 

Close the filling with the edges of the dough. Turn so that the part of the fold of the dough remains at the bottom.

 

Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, grease with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until browned.

Take them out of the oven, sprinkle the cigars with cheese and return to the oven for 5 until the cheese is browned.

 

Serve with tomato salsa or guacamole.

Prepare the spice by mixing all the products well. Store in a jar in a dark and ventilated place.
