Required products :

  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 110 grams of sugar (50 grams of them are for the dough)
  • 350 grams of flour
  • 55 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • left
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

 

 

Method of preparation :

Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it, add 2 tablespoons of flour and about 25 grams of sugar. Leave the mixture in a warm place until a "cap" forms.

To the remaining flour add salt, 25 grams of sugar, grated ginger, the prepared mixture with yeast, melted butter and beaten egg. Knead elastic dough, cover the dish with plastic wrap and leave for an hour.

Then roll out a layer 0.5 cm thick and cut circles with a diameter of 6 cm. Arrange so that they overlap each other (each covering part of the next). Roll up a roll and cut in half. You need to get "flowers" (or shape of your choice). Leave them for 20-25 minutes, spread with egg and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Bake them in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
