Necessary products:

  • 1/2 kg flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 5 g of dry yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

Method of preparation:

Mix the dry ingredients - flour, half the sugar, salt and yeast. Leave a little flour to sprinkle on the counter. Beat the eggs, add the milk and half of the melted butter. Combine the two mixtures and knead the dough. Sprinkle it with flour and leave it for an hour in a warm place to rise. It has to rise twice, so it is necessary to stir after the first one and wait for it to rise again.

Roll out the finished dough in the form of a rectangle 0.5-1.0 cm thick and spread it with melted butter, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon, raisins and 1/2 tsp sugar. Roll into a roll and cut it into pieces 1.5-2.0 cm thick.

Arrange the rolls in a pan, spread them with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown (about 20-30 minutes).

Enjoy your meal!
