Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of cinnamon biscuits
  • 700 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of chocolate couverture
  • 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 50 grams of starch
  • fresh milk for soaking biscuits
  • chocolate flakes
  • cocktail cherries for decoration
  • fresh mint leaves

 

Method of preparation:

 

 

Pour half of the fresh milk mixed with the sugar into a saucepan, heat, pour some of it into the crushed chocolate couverture and stir. Add the yolks, starch, cinnamon to the second half and mix until homogeneous.

Combine the three mixtures, stir until thickened and remove from the heat. Prepare a form of your choice, scoop a ladle of cream, spread it on the bottom of the form. Dip the biscuits in the milk and arrange them.

Change a row of biscuits, a row of cream and continue the arrangement by finishing with biscuits. Cool for an hour. Remove the cake by turning it carefully, using a plate.

Garnish with more chocolate, smooth on all sides, add chocolate shavings and cocktail cherries. Decorate with fresh mint leaves, cut and serve.
