How To Cook Cinnamon Biscuits With Walnuts And Chocolate - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the dough:

 

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

 

for biscuits:

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon unsalted melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 100 grated chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon ground walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix and beat the egg, butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Stir, make dough and wrap in cling film.

 

Let it rest for 20 minutes. In a bowl, combine the grated chocolate, cinnamon, brown sugar, walnuts and cocoa.

 

Flour the surface, divide and roll out dough circles with a diameter of about 12 centimeters. Using a silicone brush, lubricate the crusts, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.

 

 Roll into rolls and cut into slices.

 

Cover a tray with a sheet of parchment and arrange the cookies. Bake for 15-20 minutes, cool and serve.
