Method of preparation:
In a cake pan, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the eggs, along with the sugar and vanilla. Put the flour in a bowl, add the yoghurt, salt, baking powder, grated orange peel, cinnamon, vanilla and butter.
Combine the mixtures and mix until you get a smooth dough. Cover a tray with a sheet of parchment, fill a bag with some of the mixture and squirt the snails. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes until they harden.
Cool and arrange the rolls around the walls of the cake pan. Pour the remaining mixture, reduce the temperature to 180 and bake until done. Cool and invert the cake. Mix the powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl. With the resulting cream, glaze the cake, cut and serve.
