Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 15 grams of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • for the glaze:
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup full-fat yogurt
  • 1 ampoule of vanilla

 

for decoration

 

  • sugar balls
  • a few raisins for eyelets
  • several jelly spaghetti, green color

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the sugar, yogurt and vanilla. Mix them until homogeneous and cool for 2 hours. Roll out the dough, cut into strips of different lengths. From them form one larger snail and two smaller ones. Roll up the remaining parts so that you get heads and tails.

 

Attach the remaining parts to the snails, sprinkle with cinnamon, powdered sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden.

 

When ready, glaze the bunnies with the milk cream, sprinkle with figurines, put the raisins and serve on a plate. Make grass from chopped jelly spaghetti and decorate.
