How To Cook Cinnamon Sticks From Puff Pastry - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 4-6 tablespoons melted butter

Method of preparation :

  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Stir and set aside.
  • Spread the first sheet of puff pastry and spread it with melted butter. Cut lengthwise into two equal parts.
  • Sprinkle with half of the sugar cinnamon and cut into strips about 3 inches wide.
  • Twist each of them 3 times, grabbing the opposite ends. Repeat with the second sheet of dough.
  • Arrange the cinnamon puff pastry sticks in a greased pan and bake according to the instructions on the package.
  • Wait for them to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
