Required products :

  • 2 tangerines
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 4 teaspoons sugar or fructose

 

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and leave for an hour.

 

Wash the fruits and scald them with boiling water.

 

Carefully cut each into two equal parts.

 

Try not to damage the crusts that you will need to serve the dessert.

Squeeze the citrus juice, strain it. Thoroughly clean the inside of the trays to get nice bowls.

 

 

For greater stability, place them on cups.

Add sugar (or fructose) to the juice.

 

Heat the gelatin water over low heat. Just before boiling, remove the pan from the heat. When the liquid has cooled a bit, mix it with the juice.

Fill the citrus peels with this combination (let them stay on the cups) and put them in the fridge.

 

 

Once the jelly is firm, remove the dessert and cut along with the crusts.
