Necessary products:

 

for swamps

 

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 vanilla
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • one and a half teaspoons of flour

 

for cream and decoration

 

  • 200 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 100 grams of mascarpone cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • grated peel of two oranges
  • Orange juice
  • 100 grams of candied kumquat (mini oranges)
  • a few orange twigs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Combine eggs with sugar, add oil, yogurt and beat. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and vanilla. Mix the dry with the wet ingredients, mix until smooth and pour into a greased and floured pan.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the marshmallows until done. Cool, place on a tray and syrup with orange juice. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, mascarpone, orange peel and stir.

Cover the cake with the glaze, decorate with chopped kumquats and decorate with orange twigs. Cool, cut, serve and enjoy the taste.
