Required products :

  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 grapefruit
  • 2 tangerines
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 50 grams of oatmeal

About the topping:

  • seeds: flax, sesame, poppy, granule, cashew
  • a small amount of citrus
  •

Method of preparation :

Peel the citrus and remove the white skins (as much as possible), clean the slices from the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Mix them in a blender bowl and beat until smooth (leave some of the fruit for topping). Add the oats, honey, pour the lemon juice. Add the banana last, as it darkens quickly and will give a bad color to the smoothie.

Turn the products into a homogeneous mixture, which you distribute on a plate and decorate with the reserved fruit pieces and seeds of your choice.

Enjoy your meal!
