Required products :

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Start cutting the potatoes into thin circles (use a grater or food processor) and place them in a bowl of cold water. Let stand there while you cut the rest. Mix them with your hands and strain them.

Wash them well under running water and refill the bowl with water, put salt in it and soak the potatoes for at least 30 minutes.

Rinse them, fill the bowl with water and strain them again.

Arrange them on kitchen paper and dry them well on both sides.

Heat a lot of oil in a pan, when its temperature reaches 185 degrees, start frying the potatoes, putting them in small pieces, do not overfill the pan.

Put the prepared potatoes on paper to drain and salt to taste.

If desired, you can finally sprinkle the chips with paprika, black or other spices of your choice.
