Required products :

  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 220 grams of baby spinach
  • 1/3 tea cup crushed pecans (walnuts)
  • 6 thin slices of bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 1 small apple, cut into small cubes

Method of preparation :

In a small bowl, finely grate the lime peel and squeeze the juice. Add honey, vinegar, garlic and a little olive oil, stir and season to taste.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.

Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing each yolk in a separate bowl.

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease.

Stir the egg whites in the snow and transfer the mixture from the mixture to the pan with a spatula, forming 4 nests, make a recess in the center of each.
