Necessary products:

 

  • 120 grams of cocoa
  • 300 grams of flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 280 grams of soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 130 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

 

for cream

 

  • 1 avocado
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla and almond extract. Make the dough, roll it out with extra cocoa and cut into round shapes.

Arrange them in the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cool and set aside. Make a cream by peeling the flesh of the avocado and putting it in a blender.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Glue the biscuits two by two with the help of the obtained cream and arrange in the biscuit maker. Serve and enjoy.
