  • 1 teaspoon liquid confectionery paint with a color of your choice
  • 200 grams of brown sugar
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • 1 cup natural popcorn without salt

Method of preparation:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks in two bowls. Add the two types of sugar to the first one and beat until you get a fluffy cream. Add the cocoa and vanilla. Stir and set aside. Add the butter and rum to the second bowl.

Stir and combine the egg mixtures. Add the baking powder to the flour and carefully pour it in portions to the fluffy mixture. Mix and pour the dough into a cake tin. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool and cut the marsh into three equal parts.

Set aside and prepare the cream. Put the bananas in a blender and mash them. Pour the cream into a bowl, beat it and pour the fruit. Add the condensed milk and stir. Put the first loaf on a tray, if desired, syrup it with sugar syrup and spread with milk cream.

Continue arranging in the same way, finishing the cake with a thin layer of milk. Melt the butter in a saucepan, caramelize the sugar and stir until the products are smooth. Cover the cake with the caramel icing, sprinkle with the popcorn, sugar them as well. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it on a smooth surface covered with a sheet of parchment.

Cool and break into fine pieces. Decorate in several places. Add the food coloring to the sugar dough, mix until you get the same color and divide into portions. Roll each, using a small ring or bottle cap, cut round shapes and shape roses . Decorate with them, arranging them between the chocolate shapes. Cool the cake, cut and serve.
