Necessary products:

 

  • 8 eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 150 grams of ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 100 grams of chocolate, melted
  • 100 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons liquid chocolate
  • 50 grams of ground hazelnuts
  • 50 grams of crushed chocolate
  • silicone spider mold

 

Method of preparation:

 

Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. Add the butter, ground almonds and cocoa. Stir and pour the mixture into a parchment-lined form. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool the marsh and set aside.

Put the cream, liquid chocolate and ground hazelnuts in a bowl. Decorate the marsh with melted chocolate and smooth the surface. Decorate with hazelnut cream, forming a cobweb.

Melt the chocolate, pour it into the silicone mold and cool. After an hour, remove the decorative spider and garnish the dessert with it.
