How To Cook Cocoa Cake With Walnuts And Dried Cherries - Recipe

Necessary products:

3 eggs

400 g of flour

200 g of sugar

250 ml of yogurt

100 ml of oil

1 pack vanilla sugar

1 tsp soda

1 baking powder

2 tablespoons cocoa powder with a tip

1 handful of dried cherries, cut into pieces

100 g chopped walnuts

2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar well. Then add the milk mixed with the soda and stir. Gradually add the baking powder and sifted flour to the mixture. Then comes the cocoa and, stirring constantly, add the oil. Pour the walnuts, cherries into the resulting mixture and mix well.

Pour the dough into a greased cake pan and place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about 45-50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. Transfer the finished cake to a suitable beautiful plate or tray, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
