How To Cook Cocoa Souffle From Skim Cottage Cheese With Honey - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cocoa souffle from skimmed cottage cheese with honey". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 100 milliliters of skim milk
  • 20 grams of gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons honey

 

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with cold water for half an hour. Once it swells, add the cocoa, honey and pour the milk. Put the mixture on low heat and let it heat until the cocoa is completely dissolved. Do not allow the liquid to boil.

Then mix with the curd, mix and beat using a blender to obtain a homogeneous combination, which distribute in suitable molds.

Refrigerate them for a minimum of two hours or preferably overnight.
