Method of preparation :
Pour gelatin with cold water for half an hour. Once it swells, add the cocoa, honey and pour the milk. Put the mixture on low heat and let it heat until the cocoa is completely dissolved. Do not allow the liquid to boil.
Then mix with the curd, mix and beat using a blender to obtain a homogeneous combination, which distribute in suitable molds.
Refrigerate them for a minimum of two hours or preferably overnight.
