How To Cook Coconut And Vanilla Cakes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Coconut cakes from cottage cheese and vanilla". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of coconut shavings
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the salt, sugar and vanilla. Add the cottage cheese, semolina, coconut shavings and mix well all the ingredients. In order for the semolina to swell, let the mixture stand for 10-15 minutes,

Form small loaves of dough, flatten between your palms and roll in flour.

Heat a frying pan over high heat, then reduce the temperature and pour in the oil. Bake the cakes on both sides until golden brown.

You can take the finished ones out on paper to absorb the excess fat.

The result is a gentle coconut temptation to make everyone at home happy with or without an occasion.
