Required products :

  • 50 grams of soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of coconut shavings
  • 1 egg

for the glaze:

  • 300 grams of powdered sugar
  • different in color food colors

Method of preparation :

Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla, beating with a mixer for 6-8 minutes. Add the flour, coconut shavings and vanilla. Add a pinch of salt and knead for two minutes.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 millimeters between two sheets of parchment paper. Cool for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut round cookies in the center of which make a smaller circle to make rings. You can also make a different shape that you want.

Bake them for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare the glaze by adding hot water to the powdered sugar to obtain a creamy white consistency. Divide the glaze into several bowls and color in different colors.

Use a teaspoon to decorate the cookies. Wait for the glaze to dry and serve.
