How To Cook Coconut Cake With Corn Flour In Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Coconut cookies with corn flour in chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

2 egg whites

300 grams of sugar

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

2 tablespoons corn flour

280 grams of coconut shavings

60 grams of dark chocolate

coconut essence

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease two pans with oil and cover them with baking paper. Beat the egg whites to a froth and without stopping, add the sugar several times, pouring a little of it. Beat until a shiny mixture is obtained and until the sugar dissolves. Mix the coconut essence and lemon peel. Sift the flour, add it, add the coconut shavings, but leave 2 tablespoons of them to sprinkle. Mix everything with a metal spoon. Spread the dough in the trays, scooping it out with a spoon. Let the distance between the cakes be about 3 cm. Sprinkle with the shavings that you have separated and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until the chickens are red. Then remove them on a wire rack to cool.

You can stop here with the sweets, or you can continue, adding chocolate. Melt it in a water bath and immerse each of the chickens in it.

Enjoy!
