Necessary products:

  • 95 grams of white chocolate
  • 60 milliliters of cream (with 33% fat or more)
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 75 grams of coconut shavings
  • almonds
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Break the chocolate into pieces and pour the cream over it. Melt (in a microwave or water bath), stirring until smooth. Bring to the boil, remove from the heat and stir. Cool to room temperature, add 15-20 grams of coconut shavings, a pinch of salt, a piece of butter, stir and put in the cold. It must be cooled very well. Then beat with a mixer until a thick mixture. If necessary, put back in the cold.

It's time to shape the candies:

Peel and roast the almonds. Pour 50 grams of coconut shavings on a cutting board or just in a plate - there you will make the candy. Take two teaspoons, scoop one of the cream, put it on the coconut and the nut in the middle. With the other spoon, cover the mixture with the sawdust, scraping from the sides. Shape the candies. Store them in the refrigerator because they contain butter and cream.

You get about 20-24 candies with incredible taste.

 Enjoy!
