Required products :

  • 200 grams of chocolate (dark or white)
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 80-100 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of coconut shavings for the mixture and another 50 grams for decoration
  • 100 grams of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Put the butter in a deep bowl and place on low heat.

 

Stir it to melt without burning.

 

Then pour the milk over it.

 

Sweeten with sugar.

 

Leave the mixture on the stove until the sweet crystals melt.

Once this is done, add the coconut shavings, mix well and remove the pan from the heat.

 

Melt the chocolate in a separate bowl.

 

Mix it with the coconut-oil combination and mix until smooth.

 

You can shape the candies into balls or distribute the mixture in silicone molds.

 

Sprinkle with coconut flakes, ground biscuits or powdered sugar.

 

The dessert should stand 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
