Beat the eggs and pour the coconut and condensed milk over them. Add the grated coconut and mix well.
Pour the sugar into a small saucepan and caramelize it. Pour the cream mixture over the caramelized sugar.
Put the lid on, put the pot in another larger one and cook in a water bath for an hour until the cream is cooked.
Allow the coconut caramel cream to cool to room temperature, preferably for a few hours.
Decorate it with coconut pieces.
