Necessary products

For caramel:

  • 100 grams of crystal sugar

For cream:

  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 100 grams of coconut shavings
  • 1 gram of vanilla
  • 30 grams of potato starch

Method of preparation :

First make caramel. Pour the sugar (on sand) into a suitable container and place on the hob. Once the crystals begin to darken, pour 3 tablespoons of water and stir until completely melted.

When this is done, spread the sweetness on the bottom of small dessert bowls, which you tilt in all directions so that the caramel can also cover the walls of the dishes.

Add powdered sugar, coconut shavings and vanilla to the milk. Put the liquid on the stove and bring to a boil.

Beat one egg with the starch, then add the other two eggs and beat once more.

Pour the mixture into the hot milk and mix well.

Then distribute the combination in the bowls. Arrange them in a pan in which you pour a little cold water.

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.

During baking, two layers are formed: the coconut remains on top and when turned - the base of the dessert, on which there is a gentle cream with a caramel coating.

Enjoy!
