Required products :
200 milliliters of coconut milk
200 grams of ice
50 milliliters of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
150 milliliters of carbonated water / soda
coconut shavings to sprinkle
crushed nuts of your choice for decoration
Method of preparation :
Pour the coconut milk, lemon juice and half of the sparkling water into the bowl of the blender. Add ice and sweeten with a teaspoon of honey. Beat and divide into two cups. Put a few whole ice cubes and the rest of the soda in each. Sprinkle the drink with coconut shavings and nuts of your choice.
