Required products (for 8 pieces) :
50 grams of white chocolate
50 grams of dark chocolate
2 eggs
100 grams of butter
75 grams of sugar
50 grams of flour
100 grams of coconut shavings
150 - 200 grams of apricot jam
vanilla or vanilla sugar
Method of preparation :
Finely grate the white chocolate. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Put the egg whites in the refrigerator.
Mix the softened butter with the sugar and egg yolks. Gradually add the flour, white chocolate, vanilla and coconut shavings. Leave some of the last for decoration.
Beat the egg whites well and pour them into the dough, stirring gently.
Cover the bottom of the cake pan with parchment, pour the mixture, level the surface and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees. Baking time is about 15 - 20 minutes. Once cool, remove from the pan. Cut the marsh into two pieces in width.
Heat the jam slightly and spread it on one part, place the other on top and press lightly. Cut into small pieces, the shape of which you determine yourself. Garnish with melted dark chocolate in a water bath and sprinkle with the reserved coconut flakes.
