Necessary products:

  • 200 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 20%
  • 200 grams of coconut shavings
  • 300 grams of milk chocolate
  • 85 grams of granulated sugar
  • 50 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter with the cream and sugar, add the coconut shavings and stir. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for an hour. Then remove, cut into blocks and return to the refrigerator, but overnight.

Make the glaze. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath (so as not to get a very thick consistency, pour a little vegetable fat). Take out a block, stick it on a toothpick and dip it in the glaze. Put on a plate, return to cold. Do the same with the other desserts.
