How To Cook Coconut Dessert With Dried Fruit And White Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Coconut dessert with dried fruits and white chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of cottage cheese (the higher its fat content, the better)

10 grams of gelatin

100 grams of white chocolate

50 grams of butter

100 grams of dried berries (cherries, strawberries or other)

100 grams of coconut shavings

2 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with 1/2 tea cup of warm water.

Pour the sugar over the curd and mix well.

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath, then add the butter.

Heat the gelatin also in a water bath until completely dissolved. When this happens, pour it into the melted chocolate.

Mix everything with the curd and mix until smooth.

Sprinkle baking paper with coconut shavings and spread the mixture on them in the form of a rectangle. Put the fruit in the middle, leave more free space on the side.

Lift the edges of the paper and "close the dough". Carefully place it on a sheet of foil and wrap in it. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

The consistency is generally liquid, so you have to work very carefully. It is best to use a board when carrying.

When you take it out of the fridge, the dessert will be firm and you can cut it into pieces.

Enjoy your meal!
