Learn how to cook "Coconut ice cream with raspberries, banana and honey". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 milliliters of fresh milk
350 grams of raspberries
4 tablespoons honey
1 ripe banana
5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method of preparation :
Add honey to the coconut milk and stir. Separate 1/3 of the milk and beat the rest with a blender along with the remaining honey, banana and raspberries.
Once you get a homogeneous mixture, distribute it in suitable molds, leaving a little space for the separated milk. Pour it on the fruit mass and store in the freezer.
When the ice cream starts to freeze, place sticks for more convenience when removing from the molds and when consuming the dessert.
