Necessary products

For syrup:

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons of water
  • 3 tablespoons dried lavender
  • 2-3 drops of violet food coloring

For the lemonade:

  • 1.5 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 9 lemons needed)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 teaspoons coconut water
  • 4 teaspoons plain water
  • half the amount of lavender syrup

 


Method of preparation :

First make the syrup by mixing the water, sugar and lavender. Place the pan on the stove and cook for a minute after boiling. Remove the syrup from the heat, close with a lid and leave for 200 minutes.

Then strain, add a few drops of colorant and let the liquid cool.

Mix the two types of water (coconut and plain), add the sugar and stir until the latter dissolves.

Finally, pour the aromatic syrup and enjoy the drink.
