Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda mixed with yogurt, coconut shavings and orange peel. In another bowl, beat the egg whites mixed with the sugar until stiff. In a separate bowl, beat the butter with the yolks and vanilla.
Combine the egg mixtures, mix gently and add to the flour mixture. Mix and pour the dough into a parchment-lined cake pan or round pan. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Cool the marshmallows and cut round shapes using a metal ring or cup.
In a saucepan, heat half the milk, pour the sugar, orange juice and zest. Add the butter and stir until the products are mixed. Dilute the starch in the remaining milk and pour the liquid in a thin stream. Stir until thickened and cool. Arrange the molds on a tray, spread each with buttercream and cover with cut breadcrumbs.
Alternate the arrangement. Glaze the sides of the cakes with cream and smooth. Garnish with coconut shavings, melted chocolate, sprinkled butter cream and orange peel for splendor. Serve the cakes and enjoy them.
