Required products :
1/2 teaspoon rice
400 milliliters of coconut milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 mango
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon starch
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Pour cold water over the rice and let it stand for 3-6 hours. Then drain it, fill the berries with a clean one to cover them by 1.5 centimeters. Place the pan on the stove and cook the rice for 20 minutes on low heat under a lid.
In a separate bowl, pour 300 milliliters of coconut milk, heat it and add a pinch of salt and sugar.
Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk. Pour in a thin stream, add to the warm sweetened milk, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Then pour half of the coconut sauce over the rice and stir. Close the container with a lid and let the mixture stand for 40-60 minutes.
Peel a mango, cut it into thin slices and caramelize it in honey.
Arrange the rice in suitable plates or bowls, or shape with a cooking ring. Drizzle with the remaining coconut sauce and serve with the caramelized fruit along with the honey juice.
