Required products :

150 milliliters of dark rum
150 grams of sugar
70 milliliters of whipped cream
4 teaspoons coconut milk
8 egg yolks
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation :
In a wide-bottomed saucepan, heat the coconut milk and sugar, but do not allow the mixture to boil.
Beat the yolks together with the vanilla essence and without stopping the process, pour the milk gradually until it has a uniform consistency.
Then return everything to the pan in which you warmed the milk and when slightly heated, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, let the mixture boil almost. Then immediately remove from the heat and continue to stir until a creamy mixture is obtained.
Pour it into a bowl and let cool to room temperature. When this happens, pour the rum and stir. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
The finished drink is served in a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
