Required products :
70 milliliters of coffee (you can use soluble, of your choice)
1 banana
30 milliliters of coconut milk (replace with regular cow's milk if you don't have coconut)
1.5 tablespoons of coconut shavings
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Preparation :
Make coffee and leave to cool to room temperature.
Peel a banana, grate it and put it in a blender. Pour the milk, coffee, add the coconut shavings and sugar. If desired, you can add bran.
Beat until smooth and pour into cups.
