How To Cook Coconut Truffles From Biscuits And White Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Coconut truffles from biscuits and white chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

200 milliliters of liquid cream
200 grams of white chocolate
100 grams of ground biscuits (preferably shortbread)
100 grams of coconut flour

Method of preparation :

Cut the white chocolate into small pieces or grate it. Pour the cream into a small bowl and bring to a boil. When this happens, turn off the heat and add the chocolate.


Stir with a wooden spatula until the latter melts and you get a homogeneous mixture. Then pour the coconut flour.


It's time for the ground biscuits, put them in, mix everything. Put the "dough" in the refrigerator for an hour.

 

The mixture will become harder. From it form balls.


If you deem it necessary, add more cream or biscuits.
Put the finished "candies" in the refrigerator to firm up, then roll in coconut flour.


You can now enjoy their taste.
