Required products :
1 kg cod
1.5 teaspoons beans
1 celery root
1 small chili pepper
3 medium carrots
3 medium onions
6 teaspoons tomato paste
6 teaspoons sugar
12 grains allspice
12 grains black pepper
6 small bay leaves
6 cloves garlic
1 small lemon
1 , 2 liters chicken broth
salt and ground black pepper to taste
6 teaspoons sour cream to taste
6 small pots
Method of preparation :
Wash the beans, pour cold water over them and let stand overnight.
Peel onions, carrots and celery, cut them randomly. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Peel the garlic cloves. Cut the lemon into 6 pieces.
Wash the fish, dry it and cut it into 6 equal parts.
You should distribute the products in the pots, put in each 2 grains of black pepper and allspice, a clove of garlic and 1 bay leaf, also a slice of lemon, a little salt, a teaspoon of sugar and as much tomato paste. Finally, sprinkle with ground black pepper to taste and pour 200 milliliters of chicken broth.
Close the pots with a lid and place in the oven (on the middle level). Let them cook at 180 degrees for about an hour.
When off, let the dish stand for 15 minutes, then serve hot with sour cream and fresh white bread.
