Necessary products:
40 ml coffee liqueur
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup cream
cinnamon on the tip of a knife
whipped cream for decoration
Method of preparation:
Mix the egg with the sugar and coffee until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Gradually add the hot cream to it. Mix well, then beat with a mixer or using a wire whisk. Add the liqueur and beat a little more.
At the bottom of the glass in which you will serve, put whipped cream and pour the resulting cocktail (chilled). Garnish with a "cap" of whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon.
