Required products :

150 milliliters of freshly brewed natural coffee
100 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 10-20%
50 grams of peanut halva or a mixture of peanut and sesame
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (can be replaced with liquid honey)

 

Method of preparation :

Make strong coffee and strain it.

Mash the halva with a fork. Beat it together with the cream using a blender. Then pour the coffee, maple syrup and beat once more.

You can adjust the density and sweetness of the dessert with a larger or smaller amount of halva.

You can serve it cold or hot.
