How To Cook Coffee Lemonade With Tonic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 milliliters of brewed cold black coffee
  • 250 milliliters of freshly squeezed lemon juice (you need 2-3 large lemons)
  • 500 milliliters of tonic
  • ice cubes
  • lemon and orange slices for decoration

For syrup:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon water

 

 

Method of preparation :

First make the syrup by mixing the sugar and lemon zest and pour a glass of water over them. Then place on the stove, bring the liquid to a boil and cook until the sweet crystals melt. Then strain, cool and refrigerate for an hour.

Pour the coffee into a bottle or other glass container, add 250 milliliters of syrup, lemon juice and stir. Top up with tonic and the drink is ready. Divide it into cups and serve with ice cubes and decoration with citrus slices.
