Required products :
200 milliliters of fresh milk (fat content 1.5%)
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
800 milliliters of cold espresso
liquid sweetener to taste
4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream (about 40 grams)
2 teaspoons grated coconut (about 10 grams)
ice cubes
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the cocoa in 2 tablespoons of warm milk, beat and leave the mixture for about 10 minutes. Then add to the rest of the milk you have poured into a tall bowl. Beat with a cappuccino mixer until foamy and store in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Sweeten the coffee to taste, add ice cubes and beat with a blender at high speed. Distribute in tall glasses. In each of them put a spoonful of vanilla ice cream, followed by chocolate foam and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
