Required products :

  • 10 prunes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped oak bark
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 cloves
  • 3 liters of suitable alcohol
  • 4-5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • a pinch of nutmeg


Method of preparation :

Fill the oak bark with boiling water. After 10-15 minutes, drain the liquid and put the bark in a bottle with enough volume.

Pour the sugar, spices, lemon juice into the bowl and put the prunes. Pour vodka or other suitable alcohol and let stand for two weeks.

Then strain the drink, be patient for another 3 days, then pour into a beautiful glass bottle and you can treat friends.
